To help whip up an avant-garde song and dance for International Herald Tribune’s sponsored season of film, theatre and art events we created a series of online ads based around the season’s highlight, Breathless (À Bout De Souffle).
The film was chosen by the IHT not only for it’s pioneering, French New Wave classic status, but also because Jean Seberg’s job in the film is selling Herald Tribunes. Had the film not been in black and white she would have had a yellow T-shirt on.
So we decided to create a series of Film Noir-esque ads, but with the twist of our IHT female guide wearing a yellow T-shirt. Our guide walks you around from venue to venue around Soho & Piccadilly through the four different banner formats.
